Dental Front Hygiene Scheduler

We’re a family-focused team, and our schedule supports a healthy work–life balance. As a DENTAL FRONT HYGIENE SCHEDULER team member, you’ll enjoy NO weekends. Patient hours are 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Greeting & Scheduling: You are the first person the patients see or talk to. You book, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Insurance & Billing: You verify insurance before appointments and calculate patient co-pays.
• Treatment Coordination: You help patients understand their treatment plans and payment options.
• Record Keeping: You manage patient files and make sure they stay private according to health privacy laws (like HIPAA) in addition to assiting patients with completing paperwork digitally. 
• General Front Office Responsibilites: You facilitate patient corespondence and other office communication
  

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Insurance terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for informative conversations
• Proficient with Google Workspace products and working with computers 
  
• A positive and joyful energy to welcome patients and help them feel at ease
