Job Overview 🏥
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 26-week travel assignment in an outpatient setting in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, conduct assessments, and execute customized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility and manage pain. 🩹💪
Key Responsibilities 📋
🩺 Perform evaluations and build tailored outpatient physical therapy treatment plans.
🏋️♂️ Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving functional goals.
📝 Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility guidelines.
🤝 Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications 🎓
License: Active State Physical Therapist License (or active Physical Therapy Compact Privilege with commitment to apply for permanent state licensure). 📜
Experience: 3+ years of Outpatient clinical experience required.
Certifications:
❤️ Active BLS/BCLS certification.
🏅 Additional preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
Work Details & Terms 💡
Schedule: Day shifts (8-hour shifts), 40 hours per week. ⏱️
On-Call: None required. 🚫
Holiday Coverage: Not required. 🎉
Equipment: Provided during onboarding/orientation. 💻
