Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Located off the scenic Oregon Coast, this outpatient physical therapy role involves planning and conducting treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions. The position requires serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care approaches to promote optimal recovery.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Thursday with Wednesday off, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent; licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards, addresses assessment areas needing attention, utilizes appropriate clinical techniques, establishes individualized treatment plans, provides therapy interventions, communicates care and discharge plans, maintains comprehensive clinical documentation, supervises assigned assistants, and performs other related duties
- Additional Information: The role involves completing evaluations, applying clinical techniques, establishing personalized treatment and discharge plans, supervising assistants, and adhering to organizational requirements such as vaccination policies
