Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Three bedrooms with one very small office, living room, kitchen, family room and sun porch. Three retired adults in the home, no pets. Prefer to have someone who is a self starter and who is an independent thinker. We would like the person we pick to look at our personal situation and we can discuss what we all feel needs to be done and the frequency, However, we were thinking once or twice a month which we will discuss with whomever we choose. This is our first time for having a housekeeper. We can discuss whether or not the housekeeper brings supplies or whether we provide them. We have not decided whether or not we wanted laundry done but that may be a consideration to discuss.
