Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I'm a busy mom with a demanding work schedule, and I'm looking for someone dependable and trustworthy who can help me stay on top of things at home. I'm looking for help with sweeping, mopping, tidying, cleaning bathrooms and showers, kitchen cleaning, organizing, and laundry. I'm detail-oriented and appreciate a clean, organized home. I'd love someone who takes initiative, is thorough, and feels comfortable using their own judgment when cleaning and organizing the home. I want someone who has the freedom to see what needs to be done and take care of it without needing step-by-step direction. Reliability and consistency are important to me.
