Looking for a reliable, experienced house cleaner for a single-story, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse. Home includes a dishwasher and a separate laundry room. Schedule: 2 light cleanings per month, plus 1 deep clean every other month. Pay: $75 per light cleaning, $100 per deep clean. Price negotiable after viewing the property. Must be trustworthy and comfortable working independently/unsupervised, as I likely won't be home during cleanings.
