House Cleaner Needed

My main concern is the floors and cleaning my bedroom. After that, whatever is needed. I have 3 small dogs that are potty trained but there is an occasional accident. Then I have 3 pet rats who live in my entire bedroom. They are 75% litter trained but there will be nuggets. All pets are friendly. I am also a long term real estate agent. I have anywhere from approx 15-30 more jobs a year that you can have first choice on. They can range from a basic listing clean to holy cow. Pay for those will be you bidding and the owner accepting.
