House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We are 2 adults with 2 friendly dogs (one sheds). Home is an orderly 4-bedroom ranch house with 2. 5 baths. We have a vacuum cleaner that we prefer to be used. We love our current cleaner, who we have had monthly for 15-20 years, and is on the verge of retiring. Some unique surfaces in the home, like a butcher block counter and wool carpet, require gentle care. We are looking primarily for regular maintenance cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, and floors. Ideally, someone who is looking for a long-term regular gig.
