Home Organizer & Cleaner Extraordinaire! - Full-time / Part-time

I'm a mom of 4 high needs kids who is overwhelmed by toys, clutter and household maintenance. Looking for someone who is an extension of me and can solely focus on organization and cleaning. I enjoy cleaning and organizing, but quite literally don't have enough hours in my day to keep up. Traditional house cleaners do not work for me because I can't consistently do the prep clean up before they arrive. Looking for someone to help me on a regular basis (8-10hrs a week) and becomes an extension of our family.
