House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

I do my housecleaning on Mondays, and I'm looking for someone to assist me. It's a big house and a big family. 3-4 hours each Monday, between 7:30 to 1:30, flexibly scheduled. Help me keep the laundry running, clean surfaces, vacuum, mop, and maintain/perfect organization systems. I'm currently looking for help through early October, but if it is a great fit, an ongoing schedule could be established.
