House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Were looking for a housekeeper to help our parents, who are very active seniors. The key will be someone warm who can help my mom determine what needs to get done around the house. Definitely cleaning, laundry, and changing linens on a regular basis. Perhaps also receiving and putting away grocery deliveries, letting in service people like the plumber and electrician. They do not need any kind of medical assistance and are highly mobile and active. This person should be warm and caring and a good problem solver. They must have their own transport. Must be fluent in English.
