House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for someone to do a general cleaning one month and then the next month do a deep cleaning and alternate those. Will you attend to ceiling fan blades, light fixtures and blinds that are more than a one step step stool height? Baseboards, inside windows, wipe down blind slats with damp towel, cabinet fronts, appliances outside, inside stove. And then regular cleaning, Dusting, mop floors, vacuum carpets, change linens one bed, hang new shower curtain and liner. Will you move items to dust? Will you put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clean ones away? Would you do a load or two laundry while you're here?
