House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

A teenager lives in the home every other week. There is a likelihood that his door will just be closed and nothing will be done. Definitely focus on kitchen (mopping, counters, etc...) and living area (vacuuming, dusting, etc...). Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs (definitely most attention to master bath).
