Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

our home is about 1600 square feet but we only really want about 1000 square feet cleaned regularly. the bathrooms and kitchen are most important, and rug cleaning. I think once a quarter we would want a deep clean. I really want someone who is consistent and would be open to also doing some linens and laundry every other visit. our home is in Brookside and it is just me, my husband and my cat.
