House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Home is occupied by 58yo disabled male and 72yo retired female. There are two 50+lb dogs, who are crated during cleaning visits. Most critical cleaning involves floors and bathrooms as homeowners cannot do this work at all themselves. Home contains expensive artwork and breakable decorative items. Cleaner should indicate whether they are comfortable cleaning around such items.
