Spot Welder / Brake Press Operator

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Spot Welders and Brake Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed.
• Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend and form sheet metal.
• Read work orders, blueprints, or production specifications.
• Measure materials and verify finished parts meet specifications.
• Make basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, welding, brake press, or machine operating experience needed.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
