Rental Clerk

We are a small, locally operated vehicle rental location in Vancouver, Washington looking for a dependable and responsible individual to assist with day-to-day operations.

This position will initially be scheduled approximately 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the employee becomes familiar with the business and our needs. There may eventually be an opportunity to develop into a regular part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns
• Complete rental check-in and check-out procedures accurately
• Assist with Budget Truck and moving van rentals
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
• Use basic computer software to process rental check in/check out
• Perform light vehicle cleaning and preparation between customers
• Move and organize vehicles as needed
• Answer basic customer questions and provide friendly service
• Keep the office and rental area organized
• Complete basic administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with other miscellaneous business needs as they come up
