Warehouse Associate

Top Tier HR is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for entry-level warehouse positions. This role is ideal for those ready to build experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations. Minimum warehouse experience required—with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

 Lumpers

o Unload floor-loaded containers using dollies (up to 125 lbs)

o Work as part of a 3–4 person unloading team to handle 2-3 containers per day during non-peak

season and 5-6 containers per day during peak season

o Safely load and transport heavy inventory (up to 125 lbs)

o Maintain physical stamina for extended standing and loading

o Support staging and floor placement of inventory

 Pallet Strappers / RTS Workers

o Tie and secure pallets using strap wraps and plastic wrap

o Organize and stabilize palletized goods for safe movement

o Ensure correct labeling and staging of completed pallets

 General Duties

o Teamwork to unload and relocate items to designated floor locations

o Keep warehouse area clean, safe, and organized

o Follow established safety and operational procedures

 Qualifications

o Physically fit with ability to lift up to 125 lbs

o High school diploma or equivalent

o Basic communication skills in English and Spanish (is a plus)

o Strong communication and teamwork skills

o Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
