What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Technician at Colorado Car Care Center, you will handle everything from general maintenance to complex diagnostics on a wide variety of makes and models.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
- Execute general maintenance and repair services, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine diagnostics, electrical systems, and tire/wheel services.
- Provide honest, accurate diagnostic feedback to service managers so customers receive transparent repair recommendations.
- Utilize diagnostic software, scanners, and shop tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving automotive technology and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an auto repair technician in a professional shop environment.
- Certifications: ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Tools: Must have your own standard set of tools required for general automotive repair.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, proficiency with modern shop equipment, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Mindset: Honest, reliable, team player who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
