Second Shift Supervisor

Now accepting applications for a second shift supervisor position for a large, well-established packaging and supply chain solutions provider in a clean, new warehouse.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Strong computer skills

· Experience using scanners

· Strong line leadership and team management abilities

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in group

· Forklift experience

· Inventory tracking and inventory control experience

· Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to monitor productivity and ensure quality standards are met

· Experience with scheduling and shift coordination

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to enforce company policies and safety procedures

· Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment

Base pay rate is $26.50/ hour. After 90 days, employee will receive a pay increase and transition to annual salary and benefits.
