FedEx Ground Delivery Driver – Pompano Beach, FL

Full-Time | $900–$1,200 Average Weekly Pay + Bonuses & Productivity Incentives

An established Independent Service Provider contracted with FedEx Ground is seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers for our Pompano Beach, FL operation.

We are looking for long-term team members who are dependable, professional, efficient, and committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
Deliver and pick up packages at residential and commercial locations
Load, organize, and manage packages throughout the route
Use a handheld scanner for deliveries and pickups
Complete assigned deliveries and pickup windows on time
Provide professional customer service
Communicate with management and dispatch
Follow all company and FedEx Ground safety procedures
Perform required vehicle inspections
Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently

Requirements

21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license — No CDL required
Clean and acceptable driving record
Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience with a delivery vehicle, cargo van, step van, box truck, or similar vehicle
Pass required criminal background check and drug screening
Meet applicable DOT and FedEx Ground driver qualification requirements
Obtain/maintain a DOT medical card when required
Provide verifiable employment history and references
Able to communicate effectively in English as required for the position
Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
Reliable transportation to and from the terminal

Driving Standards

Applicants must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Serious or excessive violations may result in disqualification, including DUI/DWI, reckless or careless driving, excessive speeding, driving with a suspended/revoked license, serious or repeated moving violations, leaving the scene of an accident, or excessive preventable accidents.

Schedule

This is a full-time position in a 7-day delivery operation. Schedules may include weekdays and weekends. Start and finish times vary based on package volume, route conditions, traffic, pickups, and operational needs.

Previous experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon DSP, DHL, commercial delivery, courier services, or box trucks is preferred.
