MK Home Care Concierge has been providing in-home care to seniors in the Greater Cincinnati area for nearly 10 years. As a Caregiver Companion, you will support seniors (65+) in their daily lives by providing compassionate assistance and fostering a safe, engaging environment. You will work with familiar clients close to home, collaborating within a small, professional team to ensure quality care and fulfilling relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable living space
• Engage clients through conversation and meaningful activities
• Monitor client safety and encourage healthy habits
• Observe client wellbeing and report any changes
• Collaborate with a small care team dedicated to consistent client support

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in caregiving
• Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance
• Strong patient observation skills
• Basic cooking abilities for nutritious meal preparation
• Experience with light housekeeping and maintaining safety
• Effective communication and empathy toward clients
• Awareness of safety protocols in home care environments
