Production Associate - Weekly Pay

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing for Production Associates to support the daily manufacturing and packaging of beauty and personal-care products by assisting with chemical ingredient preparation, bottling, labeling, packaging, material handling, and finished-product preparation.

No previous manufacturing experience is required for some positions.

Training will be provided to qualified employees, where required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with daily production activities according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Assist Machine Operators with bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment..
• Inspect bottles and finished products for proper fill levels, caps, labels, seals, and overall appearance.
• Identify damaged, defective, or improperly labeled products and notify the appropriate supervisor.
• Assemble cartons and prepare products for packaging and shipment..
• Move products and materials between production, warehouse, and shipping areas as directed.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
