Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Flexibility for hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs after training period is complete.

SUMMARY

* Provide support to our Distributor network, dealer or homeowners
* Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution network, dealer or homeowners

* Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system
* Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email/Salesforce cases and telephone

How the Product Registration Team helps our customers:
* Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online
* Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access
* Provide customer warranty information
* Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors
* Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue
* Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed

Requirements:
* 1 year experience in customer service
* 1 year experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint

* HS Diploma/GED

Preferred:
* Salesforce experience
