Inside Sales Customer Service

 Local Florist looking for an inside counter sales associate. You will be. Servicing walk-in customers, cash register, email requests, answering phones, entering orders into POS computer system, placing new inventory orders, etc.

Responsibilities:
 Communication with clients in person, via phone and email
 Provide friendly and efficient service to clients
 Work with other staff members to meet client's needs
 Accurate and timely order entering
 Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism.
 Fast pace, and will need to multi task.
 Assist with office administrative tasks as needed, and monitor inventory.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Dependable
• Positive personality
• Familiar with data entry into computer systems (word, outlook, POS systems, etc.)
• Floral experience helpful but not required.
• Proper phone etiquette skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service / client relationship skills. Bilingual helpful.
• Ability to work with others
• Attention to detail

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-reliant Customer Service Representative to join our small team.

Experience & Education:
A high school degree is required. The successful candidate will be a positive team player that appreciates a friendly and supportive work environment. The candidate must have a desire to learn about the Floral industry. Impeccable attention to detail as well as computer and technology fluency (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), online databases & systems, etc.) is absolutely essential. Prior experience working in a customer service setting or in the Floral industry is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
