SUMMARY

Apartment community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in maintaining property. Perform apartment repair/turn overs including sheet rock repair, setting commodes, hanging ceiling fans and general apartment maintenance. Seeking a Maintenance Technician whi is well versed and experienced in apartment maintenance (plumbing, structural, HVAC, electrical).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of Apartment Maintenance experience.
• Must be well versed and experienced in apartment maintenance technician (plumbing, structural, HVAC, electrical).
• Must have plumbing experience
• Experience with caulking, painting, and drywall work
• Experience changing light fixtures
• Must have HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Good customer service skills
• Needs to have their own transportation.
• Needs their own basic tools.
