Direct Support Professional Residential

Assist participants with (ADL's) activities of daily living

Assist with housekeeping tasks such as keeping shared areas tidy and free of hazard

Assist with planning and transportation of client appointment and social activities

Assist with shopping for groceries and assist with meal planning to meet specific dietary needs

Where applicable, administer prescribed medications as a (CMT/MTTP) Certified Medication Technician

Complete written and electronic documentation as required
