Direct care staff

Our direct care staff are the front-line of support for our clients. The staff's main responsibility is to provide care for the children living in the group home and to maintain a safe environment within the group home. 

You will assist clients by directing interactions, including but not limited to behavioral management, and facilitating therapeutic, recreational and social life skills.

Transporting clients to school, work, visits, or other appointments/activities is a critical part of the job, often in a larger vehicle (Ford Transit). 

Cooking from scratch by following a menu, cleaning throughout the shift to ensure tour readiness, and deescalating conflicts and crises are daily aspects of the job. 

Multiple forms of paperwork is required daily, staff must have a working phone and an understanding of technology. 

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual whose personal qualities include flexibility, an ability to work as a team, and has sound judgment, as well as enjoys being around teenagers.
