Maintenance Service Technician

The Maintenance Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and occasionally traveling locally between sites to provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Provide timely service support across multiple local sites

Required Qualifications

• EPA certification (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in maintenance service
• Knowledge of electrical systems
