Education Aide
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and student-focused Education Aide to join our educational team and provide meaningful support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
As an Education Aide, you'll work alongside teachers and multidisciplinary professionals to create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where students can learn and grow. You'll provide individualized and small-group support, assist with classroom instruction and behavior strategies, and help students develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly children with behavioral challenges, preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when responding to challenging behaviors.
- Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for students.

Education-Based Pay
Your education and experience are valued at Best Point, with opportunities to increase your earning potential as your education advances:
- Associate's degree: Starting at $18.00/hour, with additional compensation based on experience
- Bachelor's degree: Starting at $19.50/hour, with additional compensation based on experience
- Master's degree: Starting at $21.00/hour, with additional compensation based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Classroom Engagement
- Assist teachers with implementing lesson plans, classroom expectations, and structured teaching strategies.
- Support students in developing academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills.
- Promote age-appropriate social skills, self-care, problem-solving, coping skills, and emotional regulation.
