Responsibilities:
▪ Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
▪ Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules
▪ Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
▪ Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
▪ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts
Requirements:
▪ Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry
