The cook is responsible for reporting malfunctioning kitchen equipment, as well as unpacking and organizing deliveries. They must be goal oriented, a strong team player and be open to change. This dynamic workplace is like no other restaurant opportunity.
Furthermore, the Cook plays a pivotal role in presenting and communicating inputs that represent Preserve's vision, values, and complete offerings, making their contribution significant.   Individual, reports directly to the sous and executive chefs.
