Tire and Lube Technician

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Tire and Lube Technician to manage our tire and oil change department. This role involves direct daily interaction with customers servicing passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs. The technician will handle invoicing, scheduling, and inventory tasks, with on-the-job training and close management support to facilitate a smooth transition. All necessary tools will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installation and oil changes on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs
• Deliver excellent customer service through direct daily interaction
• Manage invoicing and scheduling efficiently
• Assist with inventory management tasks
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the service process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling software
• Experience with invoicing systems
