MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with minor repairs (doors, fixtures, lighting, basic plumbing).

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas.

• Support maintenance staff with larger projects as needed.

• Conduct simple inspections to identify issues and report them promptly.

• Help set up, move, or organize equipment and supplies.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance or willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift and move equipment or materials.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
