Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC

Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to an individual with developmental disabilities.

Work Schedule

Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide person-centered support and supervision.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Support independent living and social skills.
Assist with community outings and activities.
Follow the individual's ISP and established support strategies.
Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being.
Complete required documentation and progress notes.
Maintain professional communication with supervisors, family members, and the care team.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass required background checks.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Willingness to complete all required agency training.
