Entry Level Customer Sales Representative

No sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you get started.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers in a retail environment
• Learn about customer needs and recommend products and services
• Explain current options, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with the sales and enrollment process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable talking with people
• Reliable and professional
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Willing to learn and receive coaching
• Available to work a full-time retail schedule

Pay & Training

• Base pay or commission, based on performance
• New representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Paid training and ongoing coaching
