Driver/Delivery Helper

Loader/Driver Job Description:
As a Loader Helper/Driver at Door Works, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our handcrafted wood products. Your duties will include reviewing delivery tickets, staging materials for delivery, loading heavy materials such as doors, windows, and millwork, sometimes driving a truck and trailer or box truck to job sites, and unloading materials at the site. You'll also coordinate with customers and co-workers to place materials in the correct locations and finalize delivery paperwork. This role is essential to maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and quality in every delivery.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience driving
• Proficiency in driving a truck with a trailer/box truck
• Ability to back up a truck and trailer/box truck
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift materials weighing up to 120 lbs
• Willingness to work outside in extreme temperatures exceeding 110°ree;F when required
• Clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Ability to pass drug screening and E-verify
• Forklift certification preferred
