Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
- Assist in the development of user stories, workflows, and use cases
- Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide insights for risk mitigation
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
