Commercial Cleaning Second Shift – Full-time

We are hiring for several other locations in the Cincinnati area.

General Hours:

Monday through Friday: 2:30 pm - 11 pm during the school year.

Summer hours 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (est)
Starting Rate: $15.00

All fulltime employees are eligible for health insurance, Ohio state pension and our 401(k) plan.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Professional, enthusiastic, detail oriented, team player who can work both independently or within a team / group. Individual will function as on-site representative for Scarlet and Gray providing daily assistance for customers’ needs. This position provides high quality general cleaning in a school facility, following a task list, organized schedule and additional non-routine cleaning requirements.

Daily tasks may include:

• Back pack vacuum hard floors, carpets and mats.
• Prepare school facilities such as lunchrooms, gym, classrooms, etc.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors. Auto-scrub floors where applicable.
• Remove trash and replace liners in receptacles.
• Restroom cleaning
• Clean entry door glass
• Buff floor.
• Secure buildings.
• Summer tasks may also include:
• Washing furniture, walls, boards, door-frames etc.
• Strip and re-finish flooring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work independently as needed.
• Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work requirements / schedules.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and master work tools in a safe and consistent manner.
• Reliable transportation.

Education:
Some high school education needed.
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity is helpful but not necessary. Company training is provided for this position.
