• Experience: 1+ year of med/surg or PCU experience required; first-time travelers considered based on experience
• Travel & Reimbursements: Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions
• Float within Ohio State University (OSU) as needed to support unit staffing
• Assist in patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Support a progressive care environment in a mixed-acuity unit

What You Need

• Current Ohio Nursing License (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent med-surg or PCU experience
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
• Strong patient-care skills and adaptability to float as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
