• Conduct thorough case investigations and gather critical evidence
• Advocate effectively for clients in court, including trial proceedings
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Work collaboratively with office staff and legal team members
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions

Qualifications

• Experience with plaintiff personal injury law
• Proven trial experience in personal injury cases a plus
