Full-time Seasonal Guest Customer Service Specialist $20.00

We are seeking energetic full-time Seasonal Guest Customer Service Specialists to create meaningful moments this holiday season. You will serve as the friendly voice addressing guest questions and concerns, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, email, and SMS
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Navigate multiple systems and applications, including Google Workspace, to address inquiries
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
• Demonstrate initiative and teamwork
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain availability for shifts from 9am-5pm and 12pm-9pm, including evenings and weekends
• Assist with lifting up to 15 lbs and sitting for extended periods as required
