Cabinet Finisher

The Cabinet Finisher is responsible for applying high-quality finishes to wood using a variety of materials including stains, dyes, varnishes, lacquers, paints, and enamels. This role requires expertise in surface preparation, polishing, and spray finishing to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing final product. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be committed to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the finishing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections
• Apply stains, dyes, varnishes, lacquers, paints, and enamels using brush, spray, or other finishing methods
• Sand and polish finished wood to achieve smooth, uniform surfaces
• Operate spray finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle and manage finishing materials and supplies responsibly
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet finishing
