What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
• Develop case strategies to maximize client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• NY barred and Admitted
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred, but not required)
• Strong negotiation and courtroom skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
