At Water Street Bagel Co., we make authentic wood-fired bagels from scratch every single day. This isn't an assembly-line bakery, we kettle boil, hand seed, and bake every bagel in a real wood-fired oven. It's hard work, but it's incredibly rewarding.

We're looking for someone who:
Loves working with their hands and takes pride in quality.
Doesn't mind early mornings (some shifts begin at 3:30 AM). Other weekend shifts would be 730am-1230ish.
Can handle a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
Is dependable, motivated, and enjoys being part of a team.
️‍ Baking experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with a great attitude.
