Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Lee Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Lee Health System.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: All RTO must be submitted with the application; RTO will not be approved after submission.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call 1 weekend per month and 1 to 2 days per week, usually 8 to 9 days per month.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses as well.
