Injection Molding Operator

We are currently hiring Injection Molding Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing repetitive production and quality inspection tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8–10 hours per shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and reach.
• Handle small parts and perform fine motor tasks with accuracy.
• Perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements throughout the shift.

Job Duties

• Safely operate assigned injection molding machines.
• Maintain proper machine cycle times and production standards.
• Remove finished parts from molds manually or with robotic assistance.
• Inspect finished parts for visual defects and quality issues.
• Trim, clip, or assemble parts as required.
• Package finished parts according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate production counts and records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
