Quality Inspection Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team, specializing in sorting products for defects and ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our products, supporting regulatory compliance, and upholding our commitment to excellence. The job involves disassembling products and sorting products into different categories of reusable products and scrape. You won't be assembling product but actually taking parts apart and sorting them for defects and determining which parts can be re-used.

Duties

• Conduct thorough visual inspection and dis-assembly products to determine which products are able to be kept and re-used and which products are damaged and need to be scraped.
• Interpret drawings to determine good products from scrap
• Document inspection results systematically, collect data for quality management reports, and support root cause analysis for defect identification.
• Proven experience in quality inspection and assembly.
