Lead Electrical Foreman | The Art of Infrastructure
The Vector
We are not looking for a “team member.” We are convening a professional who views electrical work as a discipline of precision and provenance. Our firm is in a phase of aggressive expansion; we require a Lead Foreman to orchestrate high-stakes projects and grow alongside us.
The Project: Full-Cycle Reconstruction
You will oversee the total electrical transformation of a wooden stud structure, from surgical demolition to the installation of two new main services. This is not a “pull and plug” operation; it is a complete rebuild requiring tactical planning and rigorous execution.
Your Mandate
• Strategic Orchestration: Plan work environments, delegate manpower with precision, and maintain a site that reflects professional discipline.
• Mentorship: Guide and elevate apprentices, ensuring the next generation of technicians meets our standard of excellence.
• Logistics Mastery: Manage material release schedules and interpret complex schematics to ensure zero-defect installations.
• Technical Authority: Execute wiring, diagnostics, and fault identification while adhering strictly to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
The Candidate Thesis
• Pride in Provenance: You believe the work behind the walls should be as clean as the work in front of them.
• Functional Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are non-negotiable baselines.
• High Agency: You do not wait for instructions; you identify vectors for improvement and execute solutions.
Engagement
If you are a Journeyman or Foreman who prioritizes effort and legacy in your installations, we invite you to convene with us.
