Immediate Hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTR/L)- Contract/Full-Time/Part-Time – Sugar Land, Texas.

Company Description: Collaborate Pediatric Therapy Services PLLC is a multispecialty pediatric outpatient clinic that offers physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services. We deliver evidence-based, family-centered care through strong multidisciplinary collaboration with families, educators, and physicians, while fostering a supportive environment that champions clinician growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations across developmental, sensory, motor, and functional domains.

· Develop and execute individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and family goals.

· Evaluate and treat fine motor delays, visual-motor integration, bilateral coordination, and handwriting difficulties.

· Address sensory processing and self-regulation challenges impacting daily participation.

· Promote independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, self-feeding, hygiene, and adaptive tool use.

· Support pediatric feeding challenges related to sensory preferences, motor planning, and oral-motor skills within OT scope.

· Provide caregiver education, progress coaching, and practical home strategies to support carryover.

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and communicate regularly with families.

· Close collaboration with PTs, SLPs, physicians, pediatricians, teachers, and other providers.

Qualifications:

· Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

· Current Texas Occupational Therapy license.

· NBCOT certification (OTR/L).

· Minimum 2 years of pediatric outpatient and school experience preferred.

· Strong background in sensory processing, fine/visual motor development, and pediatric developmental delays.

· Solid foundation in evidence-based practice and child-led, play-based intervention principles.

· Current CPR/BLS certification

· Excellent organization and communication skills.
